Single Source - Grown in Wisconsin on our small scale herb farm using organic practices. Our lemon balm is grown, dried, processed, and packaged on site by experienced herbalists.
Sustainability - We use only responsible, chemical-free regenerative growing practices. We use no synthetic inputs on our farm, and grow using practices which build the health of the soil and our pollinator community. Our Lemon Balm is carefully dried on site using solar energy in our greenhouse.

Minimally Processed - We choose to sell loose leaf, whole Lemon Balm in order to preserve its flavor, freshness, and medicinal potency. Our herbs are havested at their peak potency, dried with extreme care, and sifted by hand to ensure the highest quality product possible.
